1.Q: What's about your production capacity?
A: We produce 800,000 pcs Bias tyres annually. Currently, we are expanding by constructing our fourth factory dedicated to casting.
2.Q: How about your delivery time?
A: Within 15 days after receiving the deposit, we ensure timely delivery according to the customer's requirements.
3.Q: What's about the minimum order quantity?
A: The MOQ is 20GP. Customers can mix different sizes in one 20GP. However, we recommend at least a 40HQ container for better economic efficiency based on our export experience.
4.Q: How about quality guarantee of your tires?
A: 1) Material Purchase Control
We source our materials from Malaysia, Thailand, etc., known for their superior rubber quality.
2) Equipped with state-of-the-art production machinery, including the German KUKA machine.
3) Each tire undergoes five rigorous inspections, including visual checks, X-ray tests, dynamic tests, and more.
5.Q: Do you have stock?
A: All tires dispatched to customers are brand new. We do not maintain any stock to ensure customers always receive the latest and best patterns.
6. Q: Terms of payment
1). For first-time cooperation, we accept a 30% TT deposit, with the balance payable against a copy of B/L within 10 days.
2). Alternatively, by irrevocable LC at sight.
