A: We produce 800,000 pcs of Bias tires annually. We are also constructing our fourth factory for further expansion.
2.Q: What is your delivery time?
A: Delivery is within 15 days after receiving the deposit. We always adhere to the customer's delivery requirements.
3.Q: What's about the minimum order quantity?
A: The minimum order quantity (MOQ) is a 20GP container, allowing customers to mix different sizes within it. However, we highly recommend a 40HQ container, as our export experience shows that 40HQ containers offer more economical sea freight.
4.Q: How about quality guarantee of your tires?
A: 1) Material Purchase Control
We strictly source our materials from renowned suppliers in Malaysia, Thailand, and other countries known for their superior rubber quality.
2) State-of-the-art production equipment, including the advanced German KUKA machine.
3) Each tire undergoes a rigorous five-stage inspection process, including appearance testing, X-ray inspection, dynamic testing, and more.
5.Q: Do you have stock?
A: We only deliver brand-new tires to our customers. We do not keep stock to ensure that our customers always receive the latest tires and patterns.
6. Q: Terms of payment
1) For first-time cooperation, we accept a 30% TT deposit, with the remaining balance payable against the copy of B/L within 10 days.
2) Payment can also be made through an irrevocable LC at sight.
7.Q: What certificates do you have?
A: We possess a range of certifications including DOT, CCC, GCC, SONCAP, SASO, and more.
