1.Q: What is your production capacity?
A: We manufacture 800,000 pieces of Bias tyres annually. Currently, we are expanding with the construction of our fourth factory dedicated to casting.
2.Q: What is your delivery time?
A: We deliver within 15 days after receiving the deposit. We always ensure timely delivery according to the customer's requirements.
3.Q: What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A: The MOQ is one 20GP container. Customers can mix different sizes within one 20GP container. We recommend at least a 40HQ container, as it is more cost-effective based on our exporting experience.
4.Q: How do you ensure the quality of your tires?
A:1) Material Purchase Control
Our materials are sourced from Malaysia, Thailand, etc., countries known for superior rubber quality.
2) Advanced production equipment, including German KUKA machines, ensure precision and reliability.
3) Each tire undergoes five inspections, including appearance testing, X-ray testing, dynamic testing, and more.
5.Q: Do you have stock available?
A: We ensure all tires sent to customers are brand new. We do not maintain stock to guarantee customers receive the latest patterns and superior quality.
6. Q: What are your terms of payment?
1). For first-time cooperation, we accept a 30% TT deposit, with the balance payable against the copy of B/L within 10 days.
2). Payment can also be made through an irrevocable LC at sight.
7.Q: What certificates do you hold?
A: We have received DOT, CCC, GCC, SONCAP, SASO, and other certifications.
