A: We produce an impressive 800,000 pieces of Bias tyres every year. Currently, we are expanding our capabilities by building our fourth casting factory.
2.Q: How about your delivery time?
A: Our delivery time is within 15 days after receiving the deposit. We always ensure that the goods are delivered according to the customer's requirements.
3.Q: What's about the minimum order quantity?
A: The minimum order quantity (MOQ) is a 20GP container, allowing customers to mix different sizes. However, we recommend a 40HQ container for more economical sea freight based on our export experience.
4.Q: How about quality guarantee of your tires?
A:1) Material Purchase Control
Our materials are sourced from Malaysia, Thailand, and other countries known for high-quality rubber.
2) We utilize advanced production equipment, including the state-of-the-art German KUKA machine.
3) Each tyre undergoes rigorous inspection five times, including appearance tests, X-ray tests, dynamic tests, and more.
5.Q: Do you have stock?
A: We only send new tires to our customers. We do not keep stock to ensure that our customers receive the latest and best-quality tires and patterns.
6. Q: Terms of payment
1). For first-time cooperation, we accept a 30% TT deposit with the balance payable against a copy of B/L within 10 days.
2). Payment can also be made via an irrevocable LC at sight.
7.Q: What certificates do you have?
A: We have obtained DOT, CCC, GCC, SONCAP, SASO, among other certifications.
