A: We ensure delivery within 15 days after receiving the deposit. We always strive to meet our customers' requirements promptly and efficiently.
3. Q: What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A: The MOQ is a 20GP container, allowing customers to mix different sizes. However, based on our extensive exporting experience, we recommend a 40HQ container as it is more economical in terms of sea freight.

We source our materials from leading rubber-producing countries like Malaysia and Thailand, renowned for their superior quality rubber.

5. Q: Do you have stock available?
A: To ensure our customers receive only the freshest and newest products, we do not keep stock. All tires sent are newly manufactured with the latest patterns.
6. Q: What are your terms of payment?
1). For first-time cooperation, we accept a 30% TT deposit. The remaining balance is payable against a copy of the B/L within 10 days.
2). Alternatively, payment can be made by an irrevocable LC at sight.
7. Q: What certificates do you hold?
A: We are certified by DOT, CCC, GCC, SONCAP, SASO, and other standards.
